How do I substitute or cancel a delegate for a conference?

Substitutions are welcome any time. All bookings carry a 50% liability immediately after a fully completed sales contract has been reserved by the Axiom Groupe office. To obtain a 50% refund, a written notice must be received by mail or fax 1 month before the event dates. Cancellation with less than 1 month notice of the conference carries a 100% liability. Documentation or CD-ROM (including all the conference materials) will be sent to the delegate if no other substitute can come.

What do I do for accommodation and travel arrangements?

We will be glad to help you with accommodation and travel arrangements at very reasonable prices. Details are available in our information packet. If you are making your own accommodation arrangements make sure to mention that you are attending our conference to get our discount. For any help, please contact our hospitality department for more information.

When will I receive my conference material?

All information about the conference you need for accommodation and travel as well as the agenda and speakers will be sent to you immediately after confirmation of payment.

The exclusive conference material, such as a CD-Rom and other handouts, text or literature, etc. will be distributed on the first morning of the conference (unless otherwise stated in the event program).

What is a workshop and are they included in the conference?

From time to time Axiom Groupe provides special workshops around a specific best practice, methodology, or professional development training.

These workshops many times are connected to conferences. They can also be provided to a client via our Master Class or Consulting Service.

Are the meals included in the conference registration fee?

Networking lunches and coffee breaks of high quality standards are arranged for each conference and are included in the fee.

Also an optional complimentary cocktail or networking event may be organized for the first evening of each two day conference.

In addition an optional dinner, at extra cost, may follow.

How do I get to the conference venue?

The venue is listed in the Axiom Groupe Conference information packet you will receive once payment is confirmed. You will have all the details of the hotel, including a location map. Also, an accommodation page is enclosed.

If you are not staying at the primary location, taxi service is usually the easiest way to arrive at the conference.

For the additional complimentary or optional activities, transportation is arranged separately.

Refund policy

Community Terms and Conditions: Axiom Groupe

Axiom Groupe: Alias, Axiom Events International SL Terms and Conditions: Axiom Groupe Fees include programme materials, lunches and refreshments and unlimited access to the online community.

Payment terms: Full payment in Euros is required 5 days from receipt of the invoice. A receipt will be issued on payment. Payment must be received prior to access online. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged under the terms outlined below. We reserve the right to refuse admission if payment is not received on time.

Cancellation / Substitution: Substitutions are welcome anytime providing that the payment has been made. All bookings carry a 50% liability immediately after a signed or stamped sales contract has been received by the Axiom Groupe. To obtain a 50% refund, a written notice must be received by mail or fax no later than 30 days after initial registration. Cancellation after 30 days from registration carries 100% liability. The client agrees that in case of dispute or cancellation of this contract that Axiom Groupe will not be able to mitigate its loss for any less than the amount of 50% of the total contract value.

Copyright: All intellectual property rights of all material produced or distributed by Axiom Groupe in connection with the online community is expressly reserved and unauthorised publication or distributions is prohibited. Client’s information is kept on Axiom Groupe database to provide a range of selected services which may be in the interest of the client and which will be communicated by emails, letters, brochures etc.

Notice: Axiom Groupe reserves the right to change the event dates, sites, locations as it deems necessary or merge with another events without refunds or penalty. Axiom Groupe will make alternative offers such as a credit note, possibility to attend other international events etc. to compensate the client in such exceptional circumstances. Axiom Groupe is not responsible for covering airfare, hotel or any other travel costs incurred by the client.

Indemnity: Should for any reasons outside the control of Axiom Groupe, the venue or the speakers change or the event to be cancelled due to an act of terrorism, extreme weather conditions, strikes or industrial actions, Axiom Groupe shall give a credit notes valid for one year for the exact amount of what the client has paid.

Members: Valid for 1 year, automatically renewed.

Governing laws: This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of Spain and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Spanish law.
