A member of the Xellia Leadership Team since 2014, she previously worked at Novo Nordisk and Sandoz GMBH (Novartis group), within areas of quality, regulatory affairs and clinical operations. She recently expanded her area to include the EHS organization in 2018, and Sustainability in 2020. Though relatively new within the EHS area, she recognized and maximizes on the similarities in the mindset and tools used between EHS and Quality.
